The Broodmother does not naturally come into contact with many creatures, but she is naturally passive to Spiderlings and Orb Weaver Jrs due to the fact she spawns them as minions during the fight. The minions will start as Spiderlings but will eventually be replaced by Orb Weaver Jrs when her health gets low enough. They fall down from the ceiling similar to how the Broodmother spawns. She can also summon minions at set points to assist her during the fight, normally after she leaps. It grants another debuff in which your attack damage is reduced for a significant amount of time. It has a shockwave that cannot be blocked, causes stun, and deals lots of damage. Her other attack is where she rears upwards to near vertical and shouts in a matter similar to the Ladybug. It’s damage isn’t too great but getting hit causes a debuff which stamina regenerates considerably slower. Besides those attacks she also possesses two unique attacks, one where she will jump somewhat similar to the wolf spider, but deals damage upon takeoff and landing and should be dodged. As she loses health, the attacks get faster, eventually returning to the normal speed. The attacks at the beginning of the battle are much slower than normal, and could be deceiving to block timing, especially with the combo attacks. She also can use the Wolf Spider's 5-hit combo and jump attack. She shares the same attacks, including the Orb Weaver's 3-hit combo, side lunges, and upwards charge lunge. The Broodmother moves slowly but attacks often, similar to the Orb Weaver and the Wolf Spider.
